The ads feature spokespersons from the Gulf who represent their communities as small business owners, community leaders and “tourism ambassadors.” As part of its overall commitment, BP also has given $170 million in grants to help revitalize tourism on the Gulf Coast economy.     Cory Bahr, executive chef of Restaurant Sage in Monroe, represented the state of Louisiana at the Great American Seafood Cook-Off with a dish he described as a “North Delta Bouillabaisse.” The Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board hosted the eighth annual cook-off, which emphasizes the importance of cooking with domestic and sustainable seafood.     Robin Bullock, Director, BP Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA), provides an overview of BP’s ground-breaking agreement with federal and state agencies that will accelerate work to restore areas of the Gulf of Mexico that were affected by the Deepwater Horizon accident.
